Honest answers

Questions we always get.

Why hourly and not fixed packages?

Packages hide the work. If a month is slow, a package agency still bills full freight for "deliverables" they never needed to produce. If a month is heavy, they under-serve you. Billing hours keeps the incentive clean: we do what the account actually needs, nothing more, nothing less, and you see it.

What about minimum commitments?

Three-month initial term so we have time to rebuild what needs rebuilding. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice. We don't lock clients in, we've had retainers run for 4+ years because the work compounds, not because of a contract.

Do you mark up ad spend?

Never. You pay the platforms directly on your card. We bill time only. If an agency makes money on your media spend, they're rewarded for spending more of it, which is exactly the wrong incentive.

What if I only need a few hours a month?

We have a 10-hour/month minimum for ongoing retainers, below that we can't maintain the context needed to run the account well. For smaller needs, the one-off audit is usually the right shape.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Most of our clients have in-house marketing. We work alongside, we're the senior paid-media operator that most small-to-mid B2B SaaS teams can't afford to hire full-time. Your team owns the relationship with sales; we own what happens inside the ad platforms.

How do I actually start?

Book a discovery call. We'll talk through your stack, pipeline target, and current paid media setup. If there's a fit, we'll send a scoped proposal within 48 hours with a specific 90-day plan. If there isn't, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
