We charge one hourly rate for running your ad accounts and another for consulting. You see the scope before we start, every hour is logged, and at the end of the month the invoice matches the log.
Clients hire us either to run their paid media or to advise on it. The two are separate engagements with separate rates, and they never appear on the same invoice.
Most clients choose ads management. Companies with a strong in-house team tend to choose consulting. We'll tell you on the first call which one suits you.
For B2B SaaS, fintech, compliance and developer-tools companies that spend €5k or more a month on each channel we run. ChatGPT Ads pilots are the exception. Your quote is built from the scope of your account; the prices below are where retainers start.
Book a 30-minute call and tell us about your setup. Then we'll recommend the retainer that fits, or tell you that now isn't the right time.
Starting rates are estimates. You're billed for the hours we work, and if the scope grows, we get your written OK before we bill it.
A close review of an existing ad account, with a written report in our branding, a walkthrough call and a prioritised list of fixes. The full fee counts toward month 1 of a 3-month retainer signed within 30 days.
Some need a different start: a one-off sprint, a tracking rebuild or simply a clear view of what to fix. A 30-minute call shows which one fits.
When a channel is too new for anyone to have reliable benchmarks, we sell a test with clear limits instead of an open-ended retainer: a fixed-price audit or a time-based pilot, and a written decision at the end.
LinkedIn and Google run on monthly retainers, and ChatGPT Ads is the exception for now. We are one of the first agencies in the OpenAI Partner Network, but we don't yet have enough volume data across clients to justify a monthly rate. We'll price a retainer when the data supports it. Until then we sell fixed-price audits and time-based pilots.
See how we run ChatGPT Ads →Before we start, we scope the work and share an hours estimate so you know what to expect for the month.
Every session is logged against your account. We share the running total on request, and every invoice comes with the time log.
If the work needs more hours than we estimated, we stop and get your written OK before we continue.
We invoice the logged hours at the hourly rate. There is no padding, no markup, and nothing billed in advance that you didn't use.
Packages hide the work. In a slow month a package agency still bills the full fee for "deliverables" nobody needed, and in a busy month you get less than the account needs. With hourly billing we do what the account needs and you can see exactly what that was.
There is a three-month initial term, so we have time to rebuild what needs rebuilding. After that it runs month to month with 30 days' notice. Our longest retainers have run for more than two years, month to month after the first three.
Never. You pay the platforms directly with your own card, and we bill time only. An agency that earns money on your media spend gets paid more when you spend more, which is the wrong incentive.
Ongoing retainers have a minimum of 10 hours a month. Below that we can't keep enough context to run the account well. For smaller needs, the one-off audit is usually the better choice.
Most of our clients have in-house marketing, and we work alongside them as the senior paid-media person that most small and mid-sized B2B SaaS teams can't afford to hire full time. Your team owns the relationship with sales, and we own what happens inside the ad platforms.
Book a discovery call and we'll go through your stack, your pipeline target and your current paid media setup. If it's a fit, you get a scoped proposal with a specific 90-day plan within 48 hours. If it isn't, we'll say so and suggest someone better suited.
Tell us which channels you run and roughly what you spend. On the call we'll tell you what we'd change first, whether we'd take the account, and who to call instead if we're not the right fit.
